1. Only original same-day cash register receipts presented on the day of purchase between 11 am and 12 midnight will be accepted. Hand written receipts will only be accepted for redemption when supported by a relevant electronic sales receipt (includes credit card, EPS or Octopus Card). Customers who only present an electronic sales receipt for redemption will not be accepted. 2. Same-day receipts from Festival Walk stores must total HK$600 or above (net amount after any discount offers) and be presented in person at the time of redemption. 3. Receipts of internet purchase, mail order, phone order, charity donation, bank transactions, exchanges / refunds, bill-payments, gift card / stored-value card re-loads, Octopus Card re-loads and receipts that have been redeemed for car park offers from tenants will not be accepted. 4. Receipts of purchase of Festival Walk gift vouchers and Festival Walk tenants’ gift / cash vouchers / gift cards / stored-value cards will not be accepted. Only receipts of purchase made by the captioned vouchers / cards for redemption will be accepted. 5. For receipts of installments or partial payments / deposits, only the actual amount paid on the day of purchase will be counted. 6. Sales receipts under HK$100 will not be accepted. 7. Each sales receipt and credit card slip can only be redeemed once by one person. 8. If requested, customers must provide the details of receipts to the Customer Service Officer at the Customer Service Desk for recording. Swire Properties Management Limited has the right to photocopy receipts for verification. 9. Offers cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash. 10. Free parking hours will be deducted from the total parking fee on the date of redemption. 11. Each customer is eligible to redeem free parking once per day. 12. Each car can enjoy the Two-hour Free Parking offer (upon spending of HK$600) once per day from the Festival Walk Customer Service Desk (Level UG or LG2). The two hours of free parking is applicable to one car only. 13. Offers only eligible for cars parked on Levels P1 to P3 of Festival Walk. 14. The above offer cannot be used in conjunction with other free parking promotional offers. 15. Car Park terms and conditions apply. 16. Staff of Swire Properties Management Limited and Festival Walk tenants are not eligible to participate. 17. In case any disputes, Swire Properties Management Limited reserves the right to make the final decision. |
